As a natural health educator and cooking coach, Connie loves to help women make diet and lifestyle changes that lead to wellness. Though food is her passion, she doesn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. She loves to teach others how to get back to the basics and make healthy eating simple,
nutritious, and delicious. As a former homeschooling mom, Connie got her kids (who are now healthy-eating young adults) hooked on real food. Feeding her family whole foods in the midst of a fast-food culture, finding ways to accommodate food sensitivities, and learning to take responsibility for her own health has been instrumental in how she supports others on their wellness journey. Connie is the founder of Square Root Wellness where she provides on-line and in-person classes that help women implement simple diet and lifestyle habits to make wellness a way of life. She holds a naturopathy degree from Trinity School of Natural Health, is a graduate of the AFMCP® course through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP).
“The Whole30 has helped me – and those I work with - discover what foods help me thrive and feel my best – and which don’t. It’s an incredible tool to reset your relationship with food and learn so much about yourself along the way. If you are ready to dive into a real food adventure, I’d love to come alongside and encourage you on your Whole30 journey!”
