Edward R. Moore
Ned Moore is a personal Wealth Adviser in Atlanta, GA, with a deep background in the investment business. In his late 20's he successfully faced-down a life threatening tumor in his brain stem. Later in his 40's, he had a heart (pericarditis) scare, and experienced kidney stones. Ned's newly hired cardiologist put in on high blood pressure and cholesterol medicine. He knew he needed to do something different as clearly the "healthy" eating and working out he had been doing were not working as he hoped. In the three years since he first adopted the Whole30 program, in combination with a highly structured workout regimen, he has totally revitalized his body and underlying health. He is down more than 40 pounds, his waist six inches smaller and his body fat down by 20%. His blood work vastly improved, especially his cholesterol numbers, It's been quite the life changing experience. He lives according to the Whole30 most of the time, periodically rebooting with a strict Whole30. In his view, the program works because one can do it eating delicious, satisfying meals, and feel in control and powerful.
"People used to ask, 'Are you still running?' Now they remark, 'You look fit.' Since starting Whole30 I've regained control over my body and changed both what the world sees, and how I see myself. My friends referred to me as 'Mr. Whole30' before there was a Certified Coaching program. My passion for the program is grounded in the amazing results I have personally experienced. I would be pleased to be your guide, motivator and cooking consultant while coaching you through a Whole30."
