Elaina is a recent graduate from Penn State University. She is a full-time Project Scheduler for a company in the Robotic Packaging Industry. Although her degree is in engineering, she has a passion for health and wellness. She started her first fitness and health Instagram in summer 2015. She was first introduced to the Whole30 in 2016 and started her journey by reading It Starts with Food. She loves this book because it explains why and how food effects our bodies. Elaina wants to show others that you can have a normal 9:00-5:00 job and still succeed with the Whole30. Clean eating can seem overwhelming if you’re busy or have never cooked before, but Elaina will give you the tools to succeed. She will work with you to understand your goals and help you achieve them!
