When she’s not working her 9-to-5 or slinging hot dogs at her two tiny humans, Emily is moonlighting as a Whole30 coach. Considering herself one of the “Whole30 OG’s” who completed her first Whole30 in 2013 before there was a book (okay, “It Starts With Food” had just come out, but she hadn’t read it yet), Emily is thrilled that there are so many resources now to support folx starting out on their Whole30 journey.
“Diet culture has poisoned us into this all-or-nothing thinking, that food has morality and our worth is measured by what we put on our plate. When used properly, the Whole30 is a powerful tool that can help us tap back into how food serves us physically, mentally, and emotionally. My mission is to help guide those that want to develop a better relationship with food – and ultimately themselves - along this journey in a safe, compassionate, and joyful way.”
