Jennifer is on a nationwide mission to support women in finding a fresh approach to eating, improving their energy and vitality, and simply looking and feeling their best. She is the founder of Project Healthy Body. She has been featured in Sheryl Sandberg's "Option B, Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, And Finding Joy"; she writes for Thrive Global; she has been featured by SoulCycle in a Soul Story; and she openly shares her passion for being a "Healthy Person” on Instagram, @projecthealthybody_ .
