Julie Hilton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds for the past 10 years. Having completed several rounds of Whole30 since 2013, she has grown in her knowledge of nutrition, the impact food has on how our bodies function, and now has a deeper understanding of how complex relationships with food can be.
Julie’s coaching style combines her knowledge of the Whole30 program with her skills as a Clinical Social Worker. Whether you are new to the program or figuring out your Food Freedom, she’ll help through humor, relationship, and solid guidance.
“I believe that food and relationship both need to be real, and that life is lacking if either of them aren’t.”
