Kimberly High is a legal assistant at a law firm in Raleigh, as well as a production assistant for Wind Blown Jewelry that is based out of Wake Forest, NC. Her Whole30 journey began in the fall of 2016 after being diagnosed with bipolar type II earlier that year. Ever since then, she has been an active advocate to bring more awareness to mental illnesses and to the importance of mental health. She attributes her more sustainable life and wellness to the Whole30 program and its principles. One of Kimberly’s favorite things to do is to get to know others over a good cup of coffee. She rather be outdoors than indoors and the beach is her forever happy place.
“As I have had to learn to navigate the difficulties and challenges that come with living with a mental illness, the Whole30 program has been life giving for me. Whole30 has given me the ability to live a more fulfilling and sustainable life through better understanding the connection between food, body, and mind.”
