Laura Cloonan is a personal trainer who is passionate about making an impact on everyday people’s health and fitness. In October 2015 at 190 pounds, she completed her first Whole30 round and was amazed to see the effect on her relationships with food, fitness, and even other people! Since then, she has coached and guided clients to set themselves up for success, recognize Non-Scale Victories, and ultimately to make the transition to Food Freedom.
