Lindsey M. Pastorova, Nurse
Lindsey Pastorova has earned a Master’s degree in Nursing with the primary focus on education. She currently is working as an Adjunct Faculty with Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences and working with nursing students during the clinical component of their programs. Lindsey has always found joy in educating others and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. After being introduced to Whole30 and what she has learned since her journey began, Lindsey has developed an intense desire to spread the information that has changed her life forever. She looks forward to working with clients who have a true desire to change their relationship with food and work towards a healthier lifestyle. Lindsey is dedicated to helping others find a method that fits into their busy lives and support their journey with encouragement and resources. She feels strongly that everyone should be able to find a way to live a healthy lifestyle despite the challenges and obstacles that everyday life gives us.
As enthusiastic as Lindsey is about this love for clean eating and food freedom, she loves her family even more! She shares her life with her amazing husband and two young children and wants to ensure she lives her life to the fullest each and every day! She thoroughly finds joy in providing a healthier lifestyle for her children where they don’t feel like they are missing out on anything because she feels like making wiser choices doesn’t have to be dull or boring!
“I’m a firm believer that food is our body’s fuel and I think of it as choosing the very best quality food to fuel my body, the ‘engine,’ on a day-to-day basis.”
