After completing three successful rounds of Whole 30, Lisa has personally experienced how life-changing the program could be and wanted to share that with others as a Whole 30 Certified Coach. Lisa’s journey with Whole 30 had her not just addressing the food she put on her plate, but her psychological and emotional connection with food. She learned over time how to calm her 'Sugar Dragon', curb her bad habits and to not use food as punishment or reward.
