Mae is a nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness coach who has been guided by the Whole30 principles since 2010. After the Whole30 founders presented the program to her gym community, it quite literally changed Mae’s—and that of her family’s—life. Since then, Mae has completed over a dozen Whole30s and has taught the Good Food Word to every person who has come to her for nutritional and lifestyle coaching.
