Meredith grew up surrounded by cookbooks, raised by a mother who composted, frequented farmers markets, and cooked healthy whole food meals long before it was Insta-trendy. As a full-time working mom of two very hungry teenage boys, Meredith prioritizes planning and preparing family meals. She is committed to helping clients translate a Whole30 mindset into accessible family meal planning and cooking amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Meredith provides 1:1 and group coaching for first time Whole30 participants as well as ongoing consulting for those journeying into food freedom.
