Paige Bacon’s passions lie in cooking and eating wholesome, real food, practicing holistic health through activity and mindfulness, and immersing in self-care. After completing three Whole30s, Paige has discovered of her own, personal definition of Health. Outside of work, you can find her tending to her gardens, whipping something up in the kitchen, playing with her cat, Nova, and 4 hens (lovingly called "fluffy butts"), and living an adventurous life with her husband, Chase.
