Rachael Lepley is a middle school teacher, mother, and doctoral student, who has completed several rounds of Whole30 since 2013. Her knowledge of how real foods support the body has grown since her engagement to her fiancé, who lives with Type 1 Diabetes. Her passion for CrossFit and maintaining a sustainable lifestyle has helped her use Whole30 to live a life of food freedom. She now understands how foods can enhance the body’s abilities to perform optimally and how to live a whole life that supports overall health.
Rachael’s mindfulness of the busy lifestyle has helped her coach others in creating quick and manageable meal plans. Her humor, passion, and enthusiasm will shine through in her coaching.
