Sigga is a Mechanical Engineer by day and Whole30 lover by night. She’s an avid traveler and loves to plan cheap Whole30 meals to save money for her adventures. Sigga initiated her first Whole30 while trying to fix her relationship with food. Now, multiple Whole30s later, she’s learned to pinpoint her triggers, ditched the scale and probably lost a bunch of weight!
