Here’s how it works: While in class, students will complete the Whole30 program, learn which processed foods like grains, dairy and sugar you should eliminate from your diet and discuss how removing these inflammatory food groups can have significant health benefits (including weight loss) by giving your body time to heal from the effects of gut damaging foods. Includes several samples of Whole30 compliant food, recipes, and the development of a community for support.
