- You can do this at any time during or after your Whole30
- Blood work at the beginning and end of program
- You can have blood work done at the TGH lab on Tues May 29th or Wednesday May 30th any time of the day but must be fasting.
- Follow-up blood work will be done Monday July 2nd or Tuesday July 3rd
