You are now ready to move on to Track 3 of our Whole30 Coaching Certification testing. The Track 3 task is to create an original resource specifically for the Whole30 Community. This resource could be in the form of an article, a video, PowerPoint slides, a PDF handout, or some other form of media that can be easily shared and discovered by others. Successful tracks include seeing a need/gap in information or an area a lot of people fail on and providing a resource for that, or focusing on a niche you have. Some examples are videos or PDFs on meal prepping or grocery shopping, original recipes for a specific nutritional needs (AIP, low FODMAP) or based on a certain culture (Hebrew, Latin, Indian), a handout on pre-post workout and exercise fueling, how to do Whole30 on a budget, self care and Whole30, etc. Create something that can more specifically assist your future clients and the Whole30 Community as a whole.
You have two weeks to complete this task. Please provide a link to your resource in the space provided below, and submit it for review. Get creative and have fun with it, we are excited to see what you come up with!
